But what is it? It is a compassionate local service offering 1-1 support to help young people with their career and personal development at their own pace. It is about the person, and their career, looking at both strengths and any barriers to moving on. It is also about carving out your place in the world and feeling better for having a plan!

Does it work? Yes, many young people, previously feeling unsure or weary of their future (or their life chances), have felt this has been a supportive and transformational journey. It is worthwhile joining up with as it can help to increase confidence, gets you linking in with others, it helps with your career choices and personal development, towards better lives and prospects.  

What happens on it? We start by signing you up, getting you onto this, getting to know you and your concerns. We help you understand yourself more, helping you to improve how you think and talk about yourself. We work 1-1, meeting you or chatting to you at least once a month, to help you achieve things like agreed goals etc. We wont pressure you into anything but will offer opportunities and support. We talk about WELLBEING with you.
